About the PPG

Welcome to the Vale Medical Centre Patient Participation Group which has been set up to provide an avenue for service users (registered patients), to be part of the promotion and development of practice services.

We welcome and value the opportunity to provide a greater understanding between you the patients and ourselves, the practice staff.  Your needs and opinions on how and what services we provide are important and will help with the ongoing development of the Vale Medical Centre services.

The members of the Patient Participation Group will be invited to join us in meetings to discuss issues that arise from the Online Forum, or new developments within the NHS which will affect the practice and in turn, you the patients.  These meetings are anticipated to be held on a 3 monthly basis.  We will notify patients in good time about these meetings through posters in the waiting room and notification on the Online Forum.

This forum board is not intended to be used as a contact for personal issues which should be raised with the practice in person.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why are you asking people for their contact details?
