We ask that repeat prescription requests are done online as much as possible. You can send requests in the following ways:

If you want to order a prescription item that is not showing up on Patient Access, please use the Online Form and give as much detail as possible about the medication.  It may be that the medication was given previously as an acute item or in the past and is not available as a repeatable prescription until it has been re-approved by a doctor.
